Zen of Fire - Cancelled Due to Fireban and Cold
Saturday, December 3rd from 9:00 to 1:00PM
Primitive fire is an act of meditation, perseverance, and gratitude. This workshop explores basic fireology from the "one match fire" to two types of primitive fires; bow drill and hand drill. While bow drill is one of the most technologically advanced of primitive fires, the hand drill is the opposite. During this workshop you have the option to build and take home your own bow drill or hand drill set. You will have the opportunity to practice both techniques.
